Option Plus helps merchants create and manage unlimited custom product options without coding. Add text fields, dropdowns, image swatches, and more to give customers personalized choices. The app works with Shopify’s product pages, supports virtual variants, and offers bulk import/export for faster setup. Designed for ease of use, it streamlines product customization and improves the shopping experience. I have purchased the pro version. The app does not seems to work and I do not get any response from the support they claim 24/7. Very dissappointing. When running the app I only get this error: “Failed to add variant – An unexpected error occurred.”I am using the Shopify Theme Venue. This app is well made and easy to use! Very user friendly!
