It works super consistently even as we get thousands of orders a week, works perfectly with Shipstation and the best part is the developer who responds quickly and efficiently, triages and fixes errors and is willing to help with custom logic ... We’ve had such a great experience with the app and customer service. Our setup is pretty complex and Joe has been incredible to work with. He replies super fast, understands exactly what we’re trying to achieve, and has done multiple customizations tailored specifically to our store, all very quickly.
