Conform helps merchants who accept manual payments collect and verify payment confirmations easily. Customers fill out a confirmation form with their order number, email, name, and upload proof of payment. If the order matches Shopify data, the app adds a link to the image in the order timeline. Merchants can view all submitted confirmations in a dashboard to simplify tracking and processing. All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. The support respond is really really slow. It's been a month and I didn't receive a reply from developer. I paid for this app...
