We've had the worse nightmare with Parcel2Go with long-term consequences, and with deliveries to the USA never finalising, and zero notifications provided to us. We now have chargeback after chargeback with penalties and fees, our account blacklisted for three months by Shopify causing total loss of sales, and our stellar 5-star reviews ... My shopify orders do not get pushed to the orders dashboard in Parcel2Go. Customer support wasn't able to solve the issue; they had no idea what was going on. Imports items in quickly, offers v.good range of services. 2 issues I have with the service 1. Would prefer if we could set custom valuation as it's a set amount or full RRP - I need to insure it at price we buy it in for, not what we sell it at nor £20. 2.
