Patron lets staff round up cart totals or add custom one-time donations from Shopify POS with a single tap. Plus merchants can also add a donation prompt directly in their Online Store checkout. Designed for museums, cultural retailers, and nonprofits, but flexible for any store raising funds for causes, campaigns, or community. Patron creates and maintains a dedicated donation product for clean reporting and easy reconciliation. Join us in turning small change into big impact. All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. We are very grateful to have this easy way for patrons to support the Conservancy while purchasing a meaningful souvenir of their visit. The development team also added coding that make it possible to include additional donations on top of the change round-up feature, as many visitors choose to do this during the transaction.
