I've send them multiple messages but never got a single reply. The app does a decent job but not very user friendly and has a lot of limitiations. Edit: over 1 month later still no reply, not even on new messages. So changed to 1 star. Great app, covers all the bases we need as a business and the customer support is awesome. Deshalb ein Stern Abzug. Der Kundenservice ist außerordentlich gut und schnell. Er unterstützt einen bei der Einbettung in seinem Shop und steht bei Fragen jederzeit bereit.
