Instantly identify loyal customers with membership card and associate with orders at in-store POS. Use built-in camera to scan barcodes on physical or digital membership cards and retrieves loyalty customer records. Fallback on searching by card number, customer name, email or mobile number. English, Chinese (Traditional), and Chinese (Simplified) Was working perfect, but it hasn't been applying cards to customer profiles. Not sure what the issue is, but when we scan a card toa profile, it says "card number assigned" but that is incorrect and the card number does not save to the profile. Given out hundreds of cards now to customers but the number isn't associated to their account. I was told to reinstall it, same issue. Will update review ... great app once i got it working correctly. support was a huge help and responded quickly!! Thanks for your feedback!
