This app has been a rollercoaster of ups and downs. When I first downloaded the app in Autumn 2023, it did not work for an extended period of time whilst I was paying for it. Customer service was initially poor until my complaint got through to Hemadri, who has been excellent throughout. Hemadri has been responsive, kind and quick to try and get the issues resolved. We sell cosmetic products to end consumers and offer B2B access for registered beauty salons, which can buy from us in the protected area. To be honest, I had already thought about removing the app because fonts were being loaded from Google and a CSS file was manipulating my design without me being able to influence
