It has made inputting orders so much easier and when paired with Fresh KDS you very easily have a fully automated ordering system, removing all those paper tickets. POS Cafe has been exceptional to work with. We have a retail store, bistro and website fulfillment business. For this reason, we opted for Shopify to be able to manage our inventory in one place. Initially, POS Cafe integrations were limited. This made promotions and running data reports difficult. We were not able to print to our kitchen printers initially either.
