All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. We recently discovered that we've been consistently overcharged every month for the past couple of years. After reaching out to the company twice through their own chat service, we received no response on either occasion. This lack of communication, combined with the overcharging issue, reflects very poor customer service and dishonesty. Extremely disappointed! Simple and easy to use. Daniel is a few minutes for a fix if Shopify ever decides to mess up their API again. Amazing app! Love the customization and it's very easy to apply to collections.
