Products purchased through our app will incur charges per item purchased. The products are nice, and I always had a pleasant experience with customer service. However, its absolutely unacceptable that products are taking 2 weeks to be shipped. I don't understand why they can't just hire a massive amount of people to speed the process up. Nobody else has this terrible turnaround time. I like the packaging options, and I am content with the quality of the products, but ...
