It is so flexible and supports so many customisations (such as displaying line item properties, metadata and locations) to make picking, packing and shipping products as seamless for colleagues as possible. The support team are quick to respond and always happy to help. I 100% recommend this app if you do any order printing at all in your workflow. You can find better value out there. This app is often buggy, and the UI is not intuitive for everyday fulfillment. Setup will take way longer than you expect, and features are limited for the premium pricing they charge. Sadly, their customer support is also generally unhelpful and condescending. They use ChatGPT to respond and don’t seem to value our relationship Thanks for your review.
