Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. We've been using Ready Cloud app for a couple of years without any issues. The return and refund process is straightforward and easy. Customer service is very professional and always there to answer questions. Highly recommended. Worst app experience EVER. I have been charged for 3 months without ever using the app. I have sent messages, made requests, looked up how to turn it off. No response. NONE. I can't even send a message to customer service bc I haven't signed in for 2 months. Every time we have little issue or big ones with the my Shopify Program Alex is always a great help! Him understanding the severity of every issue and taking care of them in a timely manner is much appreciated!
