All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. Very unreliable app. The app does not work properly and has caused a lot of frustration. The support experience was even worse – we scheduled three support meetings and the contact person did not show up twice, and the third time they arrived late. On top of that, messages are often left unanswered. Overall, very disappointing support and poor reliability. The app works okay, but has a lot of issues. Not everything works smoothly. But having tech-issues is not the problem. The problem is that the app support is seriously the worst I have ever had in the Shopify eco-system. They need days for a response and are not even reading the tickets thoroughly. This has cost us lots of resources and money. App works great and automatically for us to receive and send orders from Kaufland to Shopify and back. If there were any bugs or hickups the service team was very helpful and responsive via the whatsapp chat support.
