Overall, the lack of proper support makes it very difficult and frustrating to work with this platform. We’ve had a very difficult time getting our videos to show on our website using Reelfy. When we reached out for support, we were directed to a link with instructions, but they weren’t very clear or easy to follow. When I got stuck and asked for additional help, I was sent back to the exact same link again with no further clarification
