Worked fine, then like many other devs out there they locked certain things behind a paywall out of nowhere without notice or advising us. The app stopped working, stopped collecting reviews and when i approached support their answer was to remove the app and reinstall. Doing this then lost me access to the badge in bottom left hand corner, this was locked ... To give you free access, I need the app to be installed, but you uninstalled it, so I couldn't change it to be free. I know this isn’t the norm in Shopify reviews, where ... Use this App on my Shopify Store, I had a small problem no fault of the App and their Staff sorted the problem very quickly. Communications were very prompt. Even better this was on the Free version. Superb sevice, great work A+++ The app itself is quite useful. Easy way to farm reviews and filter out bad reviews. I like how it isolates the bad reviews so that they can be easily analyzed.
