It converts user designs to printable files without affecting their quality. Free processing of up to 20 orders $1 per each order processing after that. All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. The app is really well designed and serves our needs very well. Unfortunately, we have questions about the shopping basket, which only loads after about 6 seconds, irritating customers. The price for the print is also displayed strangely. I wrote to support, but unfortunately no one responded to my questions. It's a real shame... I had to remove it! If you're reading this, please respond! This app works great! I couldnt figure a few things out because computers are not my thing but the team at RIAXE was there to help! They fixed my issues quickly and painless. I highly recommend this app on your website. I am using it for T-shirt designer tool mainly. Thank you for your review. It motivates us to make our app better for our users. My first impressions were i need this app it looks and feels amazing. However got stuck quite quickly and reached out to support for help and guidance. Unfortunately after two weeks no contact from support after 20 emails that's how bad i wanted to use this app. Oh well off to find a designer app with customer service.
