The ongoing issues have not been resolved and support has gone radio silent. Only thing worse than app issues is unresponsive and unhelpful support. App used to be great with great support. Has really gone down hill recently. They make changes without notification which impact the customer experience. Live chat does not function ... Rich Returns has been super helpful, and their support team actually responds—which is huge when you're adding an app to your store. It's been a great tool, especially for a business like ours. I have been using this app for several years. They are constantly improving and adding new features. Their support is also very responsive if any issues arise. Happy to give this 5-star review!
