When any issue does arise, customers file a claim – and once processed – they will have the option to re-order, or to receive a refund. In both these cases, the money comes from SavedBy's wallet- not yours. Shipping companies like USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc. screw up, we'll take on the headache of dealing with an upset customer - and did we mention that you retain the revenue? SavedBy collects a nominal fee from your customer based on order value
