As much as I love the products on this app, the customer service, shipping speed, and printing issues are extremely frustrating. I have an order that was placed 21 days ago and, as of today, it still hasn’t been shipped. I’ve tried reaching out to customer service multiple times with no response. Edit: 2/10/26 I was contacted by Selfnamed about my previous review. The assisted me in getting it working. The test order was successful. However, now that I have received an actual order, I am receiving the same error. I attempted to manually order it through their website but the US is no longer an option to ship to, apparently. I assume this is a technical glitch or they are having tariff ... For some reason, all my products with my design disappeared, and I thought that was it, I'd have to start all over again.
