Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. Like others here, the app is stuck in syncing mode. Reached out to support multiple times (tried over a few days) but my polite messages for help have been ignored and not responded to. Good app if it is working, but the support when it stops working is non-existent. We installed this app in August, and it worked well for a few months, but by January, it stopped syncing with our connected sheet. We reached out multiple times, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and only received one reply in January. We didn’t hear back again until mid-March. In the meantime, we were charged multiple times for a service we couldn’t use. Those charges were eventually refunded ... App is extremely disappointing. I've experienced constant issues with syncing data, and the customer support response time is unacceptably long.
