Shipdate helps improve customer satisfaction by sending an estimated shipping date to your customers. When a date is selected for an order, an email is automatically sent to the customer keeping them up-to-date. This will reduce support requests from customers asking when their order will ship. You can even customize the email template. All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days.
