The customer will be prompted to identify the shipping provider and account number. Options to bill the customer's shipping account will be presented with other enabled shipping methods. If selected, the bill-shipping-to provider and the customer's account number will be saved with the order. Works for all shipping providers and all countries. All charges are billed in USD.
