Subscription is very misleading. We recently found out their pricing is expensive, we switched to different app in April. Then we removed Shippit. Upon uninstalling the app, we thought subscription should be cancelled too. But NO, they still charge us next billing cycle. What more annoying is, we reach to their support team to cancel ... Their carrier disappeared after 5 days of waiting and they charged me a $0.55 for a service fee. Nobody responded as well when I approached their support. Use them at your own risk!
