Based off of revenue generated from shipping protection. All charges are billed in USD. See all pricing options I first want to address the negative review I see right below mine-, and it's talking about the 98 cent orders. I had that exact same thing happen months ago, before even hearing about ShipTection, much less having it installed. That has nothing to do with ShipTection, although it is a major, super annoying problem. We ended up having our CC processing shut down for three days, had to switch ... We get way too many fraudulent orders with this app, even after uninstalling it! orders come in for $.98 with ONLY shiptection on it (no product)- this app is a target for fraud as people are checking to verify if stolen cards work by only buying the shiptection. We get several bogus orders a day when before it was probably 1 every couple months - there is nothing in the app that stops people ... We've had a seamless experience with ShipTection from day one. The integration was smooth, and we’ve had zero issues since implementing it. Their customer service team has been consistently responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in our success. It's reassuring to know our customers have added protection, and the added revenue share is a nice bonus.
