After the contract was signed, the promised integration and service simply did not deliver. The features failed to live up to the hype, customer support disappeared, and I ended up wasting time and money. My advice: Stay away unless you want the stress of chasing ... So far so (very) good! I really like this app, it's exactly what we were look for. Real quick I was able to connect all my socials to the account, and their agent chat - it's like he knows me for years.
