I raised this with support on 16 Dec 2025, and they said they would get back to me as they need to speak to the development team but still have not got back to me and it is 06/01/26. Also now the app is not working at all!! They use to have support via live chat but now rely on AI and email. Which ... They slowed my website. when they added a code and all my product page takes time to load also the check out is really bad Vince was quickly able to resolve the issue we were having with installing the application on the back end.
