StatusNotes adds custom messages to order status pages that customers see when tracking their orders. Create order-specific notes for delivery delays, product substitutions, or special handling instructions. Set up store-wide messages with return policies, contact information, and shipping updates that appear on every order page. This reduces support tickets by answering questions before customers ask them. Includes automatic backup protection that restores everything if accidentally removed. All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. Works exactly as intended and was easy to set up. We are using it to add notes when customers contact customer service and make an order change (preferred delivery date in our case). Previously, we didn't have a way for customers to see that the change had been made since the items on the order remained the same. This would be very helpful for anyone doing custom orders.
