Store Intelligence helps merchants interact with their store data using a natural language chatbot. They can ask questions such as “Who are my top customers?” or “Suggest upsell opportunities?” and even "What customers abandoned their checkout?". The app supports multiple languages, enabling users to access insights in their preferred language. A searchable chat history allows merchants to revisit prior queries and maintain continuity in their decision-making process. English, Spanish, French, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), Portuguese (Portugal), Chinese (Simplified), Japanese, and Korean All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. If you're looking for basic data Shopify already gives you in the reports, go ahead and waste your money. I have tested it with a couple of simple queries which I already had the answers to (e.g. how many unique customers did we have within a 6 months period), and the results are incorrect.
