All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. App works for everything we needed. Took a few goes to get the sessions / service the way we liked, but not too difficult to achieve. Had one issue that needed tech support, response was excellent. Got back to us within 10 minutes of message. Problem resolved within an hour. Would recommend. Thank you for using our app and leaving the great review. When I requested help with app got no responses after a certain point. They have a 2 month trial which is nice, but expect no help from support unless your question is very general and they can copy and paste their answer. This app seems to work well. I had issues integrating it into my page but Daniel from Customer Support was very quick in responding and getting it sorted. I then had an issue of people not being able to go through the full booking procedure. Again Daniel was very prompt in getting the issue sorted out.
