Even “Buy it Now” orders are blocked until the box is checked, ensuring every order meets your terms. I do not recommend downloading this app; it's terrible, very, very bad. The support is awful, and it doesn't work as intended. Specifically, it doesn't keep a record that the customer accepted the terms and conditions. I recommend that it be removed from Shopify. We needed a way to record customer consent for our refund and shipping policies. The app logs the date and time of agreement, which gives us peace of mind. This seemed easy to use but when I had the TnC for an ongoing subscription box, it showed up for EVERY product in my store. I believe this is why I wasnt getting sales - the radio button was required but the language said they would be charged again. The language is my fault of course, but not understaning how this affects a Cart was not clear. You need better explanations and warning on the ...
