I had a issue with my store because the checkboxes donnot appear in the cart page but the client is not able to make a purchase without checking the boxes that dont exist. We use the paid version. I contacted the support and no response after a couple of days... This app was very easy to install & customise. It has been reliable both in function & support. Our store theme required some customisation to remove our sliding cart & the team at Saio were not only happy assist but supper helpful with the tech biz & had this fixed in a jiffy.
