Took us a few days to feed it our knowledge base as we have more than 60 products and some allergens data is not available on our website. So far I can see that more than 30 questions are answered per day so our customer support colleague is very happy. I see this is new app so I suggest adding a tutorial on how to add Q&A and URLs you want to exclude from bot so we don't ...
