So far I am super pleased with the app and very surprised in how much help they have not minded helping me do as such bulk importing I have like 9,000 items in my ebay store and the app has imported all the items correct with no major problems and it was not adding the weight in and if I am correct they went and added it to the app for me so it would do it and didnt mind go back and adding the ... it has a couple good features but out of 8 orders i received after installing, only 1 synced over to shopify and it was missing the fulfill by date and the customer name. i tried getting customer service but it said no one was available so i sent 2 messages throughout the day and now i give up.
