Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. We're a fabric store and we use the app to cut fabric at one register and save the customer's cart. They can keep shopping and then checkout at another register. I just wish that the app would automatically release inventory when loading a cart (Instead of offering you the choice to keep the hold). This might not matter for some use cases and probably doesn't for restaurants, but for a retail ... This app filled a hole for the last year, but after the last POS update is no longer working. I have reached out about a week ago to support and have had no response. As this is a paid app - it is disappointing. I will be cancelling this app before it renews again as why pay for something that doesn't work. Hi Fabric Garden, We sincerely apologise for the disruption. Unfortunately our app integration was considered legacy and disabled. We believes we had until the end of March ... Absolutely spectacular, simply app that we use daily. Support was absolutely incredible with response time and even added functionality that we need.
