ValueFirst Digital developed a marketplace application to cater for those customers who are using Shopify and using ValueFirst WhatsApp API to send messages to their customers. I recently installed the "ValueFirst WhatsApp App" on my Shopify store in the hopes of enhancing customer engagement through WhatsApp. However, my experience with this app has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.
