I attempted several times to chat with support but it was clear that it was an AI. I did receive an email after I failed to go live asking if I wanted some additional support. I agreed and set up a time to zoom, however the zoom call was not successful. Unfortunately I have not been able to successfully use this app like I had hoped to do. I will be uninstalling ...
