Store owner can add the warranty to the product and the customer can see the same on the product while purchasing the same. The app gives some amazing configuration to add the warranty and can even let the store owner decide whether the warranty is on-site or off-site. Admin can add warranty on products simply by clicking the “Add Product” button on the upper right corner of the page. The customer will too have the list of warranty in the "My Account" section of the shopify store. All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. Don't use this app! It overrides our defined variations. Our product variations stopped working after installing this application. I talked to support, and they just insisted me to give collaborator access, but I was hesitant because of security risks. Then they offered a meeting when I decided to uninstall the application. At last, after installing application our all issues resolved ... Great team with a lot of knowledge! They made time to meet with me via video call to discuss my specific requirements. We recently downloaded WebKul to set up an extended warranty platform for our customers, and it's been a great program to use so far! The staff is overseas so the meetings we schedule are early, but they've been very helpful in answering questions we had and showing us how to set up the emails customers receive, work on getting this program together and scheduling a call is very easy from the app ...
