First and foremost, this app is designed to increase your revenue. Imagine a customer buys your product on Amazon or from a retailer, and inside they see a card to register for the warranty. From there, your customers will go to yoursite.com/warranty and enter their contact details, including customizable questions like which product did you buy. After you've collected the information, you can now send that user to a customized thank you page or start sending appropriate marketing emails. All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. The support team promptly answered my questions and helped me get a database of registered customers. Thanks Jon and Rick! app isnt working, no response from support in days, just did a big show and lots of people are trying to register ugh. Poor customer service, they don't reply.
