We are glad you like Web-Stat and we are always here for you if you need anything else :) The customer service here is PATHETIC, they can't really figure out anything.....the app doesn't load properly more than 50% of the time on the sign-in page of your Shopify store, you have to go to your admin screen in order to get it to load properly and even then it's still about 50% loading properly and 50% a blank screen....they don't really want to provide anything here of use unless you are ... You indeed contacted our support many times, always with expletive-laden messages and always about billing. We explained each time that we do not handle billing (Shopify does ... I needed to track where I was losing customers within the site navigation so I wanted to set up converter tracking. Being that I'm not a coder, Olivier stepped in and between he and his colleagues set up the feature so that it worked with my website. It is Awesome! Thanks so much to Olivier and the WEB-STAT crew!
