Its order cancellation functionality allows your customers to request order cancellation or automatic cancels the order from my account order page, which can be managed by the Shopify seller from the dashboard of the app. Many customers like their purchased products and want to order again. XOrder app makes it easier for them to reorder items through a single click. Your customers can reorder the individual item and repeat the entire order from their account page. All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. The app worked OK. But the app's interface, and what it presents to the customer is not as clean and professional looking as the Cancellable app — which we've now switched to. Zuerst hatte ich gedacht, dass es nicht so optimal im Kundenkonto dargestellt wird. Daraufhin habe ich den Support kontaktiert, ob sie mir helfen können... MEGA!!! Sie haben es an mein Kundenkonto angepasst so wie ich es mir gewünscht habe und nun ist alles super! Wirklich ein ganz toller Support und die App funktioniert wirklich gut.
