Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. I had a truly horrible experience using Zocket. Their services didn't work as promised, and their support team was not helpful at all. I encountered multiple issues, including problems linking my ad account, not spending ads account and funds not reflecting properly in my dashboard, despite being confirmed. Even after multiple follow-ups, there were constant delays and no real solutions offered. Been using Zocket for over a year for my Shopify store. Their targeting of specific cohorts has significantly enhanced our Meta campaigns. The creatives in image, video, and reel formats are of good quality, fitting perfectly with our brand's essence.
