Database connection errors (max_user_connections exceeded) took down our live store for hours. Developer responded saying it was "fully fixed" and a "temporary server issue." Checked after their response - SAME ERROR STILL VISIBLE. Either the fix wasn't actually applied, or this is a recurring problem they're not being honest about.
